RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us! We offer refunds or exchanges on unused and unopened products within 14 days of your Item being delivered. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
To initiate a refund or exchange:
- Contact us at hello@canacastle.comwith your order number and details of the issue.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All sales for Clearance and Perfectly Imperfect items are final.
These discounted items are sold “as-is” due to minor imperfections or changes in branding, and no refunds or exchanges will be offered for them.

SHIPPING
We strive to process all orders within 2-3 business days. However, during periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 5 days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing / packing / shipment of your order. All orders are shipped using USPS.
Orders placed over $75 will be shipped free.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail with a tracking number.
Please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as holidays or carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by these factors.
INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY
It’s important to double-check your shipping information before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Missing apartment numbers will result in the package being returned to us by the carrier.
If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to correct it. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may choose to:
- Pay an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
- Request a refund for the product cost, minus the original shipping fee.
